June 14th –17th, 2012

What: A 3 to 4 day summer training camp

Where: Boulder, CO out of our FasCat Performance Cycling Center

When: Thursday June 14th thru Sunday June 17th

Why: To 'get' faster from coach led training rides, train with your coach, and/or see what FasCat Coaching is all about

Cost: $395

Included:

     FREE Lactate Threshold Test by signing up before May 14th

     3 days hands on coaching, rides & power file analysis

     Training Seminars & Skills Clinics

     Coach led training rides in the mountains of Colorado with Sag Vehicle & Mechanic Support

Optional:                                                

     Lactate Threshold Testing, $125 after May 14th - scheduled on Thursday 

     Bike Fitting,$125 scheduled on Thursday or before

     15% Discount on PowerMeter purchase

     12 week custom Training Plan, $99 

     Have your bike professionally built up at Boulder Cycle Sport (next door) & then packed & shipped back home to you, $125      

Logistics:                                                                               

Testing & Fitting will happen on Thursday starting at 9AM.  Rides start Friday.

All rides will depart and end from the FasCat Performance Center, you will need to ride to & from your hotel/lodging

Fly into Denver International Airport, arrive late Wednesday (for testing or a bike fit) or arrive Thursday, depart late Sunday

Lodging:

*Official Camp Hotel: Holiday Inn Express across the street from the Performance Center. There is a block of rooms reserved for $110/night - tell them you are with FasCat Coaching

Other Hotels:St. Julien,($$$) Boulderado ($$)

Wives, Husbands, Teammates & significant others are welcome; if you'd like a hotel roommate, we will try to arrange
